Marguerite Gabriele is a current law student in Texas Tech’s Dual JD and Masters in Financial Planning Program. Marguerite joined the Weaver and Tidwell Financial Advisors team in May 2008 as an intern. Client counseling on crucial financial decisions is what drew her into the field of financial planning. She is the president of the Texas Tech School of Law’s Estate Law Society. Marguerite was awarded first place in the American Foreign Service Association’s 2001 Essay Contest by former Secretary of State Colin Powell, with her essay, “Today’s Global Challenge of Peacekeeping: A Long-term Effort of Diplomacy.” Marguerite enjoys polo and traveling.
